TEN Group Guidelines

Professionalism- It’s our responsibility to ensure that we all provide a level of mutual respect towards one another as it pertains to anything business and personal within the TEN group. Any conduct judged as unprofessional by the TEN board may result in exclusion from the group*

Commitment- It is incumbent upon each member of the group to communicate and take initiative to be present for each quarterly (core) meeting. If a member is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please reach out to the group and inform them as soon as possible. Three or more missed meetings may result in exclusion from the group*, at the discretion of the TEN board.

Inclusivity- We are an equal opportunity group and believe in values such as respect and integrity . There is zero tolerance for discrimination of any kind. We value transparency amongst one another and if you agree to do something on behalf of the group/individual, you will be held accountable.

Non-Divulgence of group/individual Info- Any TEN member, individual or group will not disclose or divulge either directly or indirectly any confidential information to others unless first authorised to do so.

Exclusion- If a client complaint is received, we will handle it professionally and in private with the member/s involved. The objective is to handle our clients with care and respect the process of doing business with one another. In order to grow and establish an elite network of individuals, we must take full ownership of what we agree to do in each business transaction.

New Members - From time to time we will accept new members who demonstrate a high level of professionalism and credibility within their chosen field. Each member will be accepted into the group after due diligence has been completed and it is established that they are not in a competitive environment with any other member of the group.

All founding members' views on new members will be considered with the final decision made by the TEN founder/board.

Material Gain - At no time should any member accept material gain, financial or otherwise from another member in return for information, recommendations or direct business. Failure to adhere to this may result in termination of membership*

Community Commitment - As part of TEN’s purpose we will work closely with a nominated charity or community group each year. Each member should commit to providing some time, resource or support during the course of each year. The amount of time/support given is open to the individual member.

TEN Liability Waiver - As a member of this TEN, each member understands that their involvement is entirely voluntary. The TEN board/organisers and members do not take any responsibility for the actions, activities, comments, events or otherwise connected with the group other than to uphold the above mentioned guidelines and TEN’s group values, as stated below.
